About Me

Hello, I am Hana!

I have qualified as a Nutritional Therapist at CNM London (College of Naturopathic Medicine), where I have also done my postgraduate in Environmental Medicine. I help busy people find their natural balance and health. I specialise in detoxification, fatigue (mitochondrial dysfunction), and stress management, which I had suffered from myself.

I have worked with and helped clients with various conditions from digestive issues and compromised immune system to complex conditions such as multiple sclerosis.  I love helping people to feel great and observing positive physical and emotional changes in the well-being of my clients has been extremely rewarding to me.

I like to be very active doing sports, studying and traveling and I understand that it is not easy to manage to do all tasks and maintain our health stable at the same time. I developed Natural Balance to help people to find their own health balance in their busy lives so that they can continue to do what they are passionate about and be healthy and happy.

My approach is nonjudgmental as I believe that everyone should be happy at whatever path they choose for themselves.

CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) is accredited by the General Naturopathic Council, which is the professions council for Naturopathy in the UK.

Qualifications
Nutritional Therapist Dip NT, member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Both professional associations require the highest standards of integrity, knowledge, competence, and professional practice. Being a member enables me to attend seminars with the latest researched information in the field and to constantly develop my professional skills.
